Philippians 2:5--Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

It is not God that will put the mind, rather you will allow it as you are being informed, educated and enlightened in the school of God. This mind is the mind of Christ. You will not truly look like Him and function in His capacity until you gain His mindset. You cannot gain His mind until you are teachable; you learn and unlearn. Anywhere you go and Jesus is not revealed is not good enough, it doesn’t matter how big and blessed the place may seem; until Jesus is revealed no one is revealed.

NOTE: It is an insult to say you are saved and you can’t lay hold on the reality of who you believe, this is because of ignorance. You need to learn in order to understand God’s kind of nature, if you will function in God’s capacity you will need to format and build your mind according to the word of God.

Romans 12:2--And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Until your mind is renewed, your mind cannot be formatted after the mind of Christ. If you are a believer in Christ Jesus, you are no longer ordinary. You must be committed to the teaching of Jesus so you can be transformed to do as He did. You have to devote your time to learning and formatting your thinking system after God’s nature. Until you format your mind you cannot function like God. You can do greater works than Jesus did but for that to happen your mind has to be formatted from an ordinary being to an extraordinary being (John 14:12). No big man of God anywhere, but God that is big in His men.

Matthew 11:29--Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

What do you need to learn? You need to learn and understand His nature. It is God’s nature that produces result in the physical. God’s nature in you is the only ground that produces manifestation of His power, Glory and Presence. When God’s nature is built in you it creates an aura and wherever you show up even the devil begins to skip. When God’s nature is in you it means God is in you and you are God. When you have fear in you, you have allowed the devil’s nature in you and it will act as fertilizer for the devil to grow his own nature in you. God wants to grow in you and overwhelm you.

One nature and attribute we find in God is Meekness. Meekness is a spirit that is teachable, that can be instructed. There are times we find it difficult to follow the instructions of the Holy Spirit; when you begin to argue with the Spirit’s leading it is a clear indication that you are not meek enough. The more you learn of God the more you will function as God; you will find it difficult and stupid to function as God until you learn of Him.

The first thing you will learn of him is meekness, where the Holy Spirit can instruct you. It takes meekness to learn God’s nature. When you are teachable, God’s word freely flows in your spirit and doubt will also disappear easily. Many believers still live in doubt, it shows the volume of God’s word that is in them. There is a level of God’s word you will acquire in you that doubt will die a natural death and disappear. God wants to reveal himself through you, in you an all over you, the doorway to this experience is to be teachable.

Jesus learnt obedience (Hebrews 5:8), He couldn’t do anything against the Father, all He did was in perpetual agreement with the Father. God wants to build us to a level where we are one with God by the Spirit. Understanding God’s nature builds God’s character in you. You must look and think like God.

God is Lowly--To be lowly means ability to bring yourself down that God will come up. It is not about revealing yourself but that Christ be revealed in you. You can’t be in Christ and Christ is not in you.

John 3:30-- He must increase, but I must decrease.

When you learn God’s nature you will find rest for your soul. Money does not give rest. Even when Jesus and His disciples were in the midst of the boisterous storm Jesus went to sleep. When you are in Christ you already rest in peace because He is Jehovah shalom (the Prince of Peace), you don’t need to die to rest in peace, it is possible to live a restful life in this troubled world.

God is Love--If you will function as God, you must walk in love.

1 John4:8-- He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

GOD is not looking for to get something from you, He wants you to be like him. If you will function as God you must live in pure, divine love. Human love is conditional and selfish. Because God is love, He manifested towards us in love, everything He does He does in love. Even when God corrects or chastises, He does it in love. Functioning as God is functioning in divine love. The highest spirituality is when you are perfected in God’s love, where you are one in God’s love and it is reflected through you.

1 John4:9--In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

It is only divine love that can make you give all you have (John 3:16). When you have received salvation, God can never reject you; His love does not reject, you are the only one that can reject Him because of your willpower. Love is a protection, when you function in divine love you cannot be attacked. There is a level that God will be in you and even satan will recognize it. If you will function as God His nature must function in you and His nature is Love. You must allow God’s nature to dominate your person.

God is Life—it takes life to bear fruit, every touch of life has touch of God.

1John 5:11-- And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

When you are in Christ, God’s kind of life is inputted into you. Receiving Christ is receiving the Life of God to be created in you.

1 John 5:12--He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

John 3:16-18--For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

1John 5:13--These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:

Summary: You can’t have fellowship with God unless you have the very life of God. The life of God in you is the spiritual wire for fellowship. The symptom of doubt is an indication of the absence of the very life of God in you. When God’s very life is in you, doubt disappears. What eliminates fear and doubt is when you are connected into the very life of God. When you have the life of God in you, there is no distance between you and God.
